Warhurst is now being held on an investigative hold at the Colbert County Jail.  No formal charges have been levied to date.

Investigators say it appeared that Ivey had been shot twice with a 9mm pistol probably at the Warhurst home on Blue Road in Tuscumbia.

Investigation is still ongoing at the home and with the vehicle.

According to Sheriff Williamson charges are expected to come down Tuesday after the investigation of the home and vehicle are complete.
