Mr. Clyde Ray Stephens, 76, of Hazel Green, passed away on Thursday evening. He was a 1965 graduate of Hazel Green High School and had retired from Meadow Gold Dairy.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Leisa Stephens Mason; His granddaughter, Jordan Mason; His parents, Clyde O. Stephens and Thelma Stephens Henson.
Surviving family members include his son and daughter-in-law, Ray C. & Miranda Stephens; his grandsons: Elijah Stephens & Samuel Stephens; his sister, Doris Brown; his brother and sister-in-law, Rocky and Karen Stephens. He is also survived by several nephews and cousins.
The family will have a private service after which Mr. Stephens will be interred in Concord Cemetery.
