ZIP CITY-The Cloverdale and Zip City Volunteer Fire Departments are proud to announce our 2nd Annual Rodeo coming in 2024! This exciting event is organized by volunteer firefighters to raise money for the two departments. The proceeds raised last year have benefited our departments by providing funding for equipment, supplies, and recognizing the volunteers that serve our communities. This event would not have been possible without the support of our community and local businesses.
This year’s event will be held again at the Robert Walker Memorial Arena located in Zip City at 9321 Hwy 17. The event will be held on August 30 and 31 gates open on August 30 at 5PM and on August 31 at 3PM. Tickets can be purchased at the gate. for $20.00 and kids are free. There will be food, shirts raffle tickets and more. The band Twisted Country will be playing when the gates open on Saturday…so get there early.
