Clinton Butcher  Mr. Clinton Butcher, age 90, of McMinnville, TN, died Wednesday, January 08, 2025, at Willow Branch Health & Rehab in McMinnville, TN. He was born April 29, 1934, in Warren County, TN, was a retired truck driver with General Motors Corporation, a member of the Locust Street Church of God, and served his country with the U.S. Army. Mr. Butcher was preceded in death by his parents William Thurman and Bessie Whiteaker Butcher, sisters Minnie Willene Crawford, Geneva Warren, and Emma Jean Cole, brothers Alton Butcher and Rabon Butcher, son-in-law Ronald Bagley, and his beloved wife Irene Duncan Butcher who died on January 01, 2025.

 

Survivors include his daughter Nancy Bagley, granddaughters Juliane O’Brien and Jennifer Schultz, great-granddaughter Heather DeRusha, special nephews Tommy (Leisa) Crawford, Jimmy (Linda) Crawford, and Paul Studer, and special friends Larry and Debbie Fults. Other nieces, nephews, family members, friends, and church family also survive.

 

Funeral service will be at 2:00 P.M. Monday, January 13, 2025, in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Tommy Burke will officiate. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Military grave rites will be conducted by American Legion Post 173 and the V.F.W. Post 5064. The family of Clinton Butcher will receive friends Sunday from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. and again Monday from 12:00 P.M. Noon until 2:00 P.M. at the parlors of McMinnville Funeral Home.
