Funeral services for Cinda Franklin Stegall, age 56, are scheduled for 1 PM, Thursday, February 26, 2015 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Center Ridge Cemetery. Ms. Stegall passed away Tuesday in Lexington. She was born May 12, 1958 in Henderson County. She was a member of Center Ridge Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Mr. Powell Franklin, Sr . and one son, Anthony “Andy” Burke. Survivors include her mother, Ella “Tootsie” Franklin of Lexington; her son, Jared A. Stegall of Jackson; her brother, Powell Franklin of Lexington; and four sisters, Terry Townsend, Donna Barber, Tracye Maness, and Holly Franklin.
