Christopher Shannon Nix, age 31 of Heflin, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, February 15, 2022. He is survived by his parents, Nora Lynn Benson Hulsey and Anthony Hulsey, and Shannon E. Nix; children, Christopher Aiden, Jasmine Nicole, Rowen Eli, and Annamari; brother, Joshua Kyle Nix (Kayla Nix) of Georgia; sisters, Aimee Benson of Alabama, Kelley Thompson of Georgia, Ashely Nix of Georgia, Meranda Nix (Cari Dawn Nolen) of Georgia; and 11 nieces and nephews.
Christopher received his GED and was active in the ROTC. He served his community as a volunteer firefighter. Christopher loved working on cars and the rodeo.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, February 18, 2022, at Victory Deliverance Center, 1827 Old Gadsden Highway, Anniston, Alabama, 36206, with Ann Reynolds officiating.
