Christine Elledge Gaisser of Muscle Shoals, passed away on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at the age of 96. Her visitation will be today, June 19, 2018 from 10 to 10:30 a.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will follow at 10:30 a.m. in the chapel with Chad Holder officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Sheffield.
Christine was a native of Colbert County and a member of the Baptist Church. She worked at the Florence Clinic for many years and retired from Brown’s Ferry. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy T. Gaisser, Jr.; father, H. Lester Elledge, Sr.; mother, Beulah Thorne Elledge; brother, H. Lester “Shike” Elledge, Jr.; and sister, Eloise Elledge Lambert.
Survivors include her son, Roy T. “Chip” Gaisser, III and wife, Theresa of Muscle Shoals; and one grandchild, Cody Christian Gaisser of Florence.
