Christine East Joiner passed away on Wednesday, April 20th in Florence, at the age of 91. She was preceded in death by her husband, Grovis Joiner in 2012. She is survived by her daughter, Deborah Cox and her husband Harvey and three sisters Earline Thigpen and family, Lois Horton and family and Youvonne Haddock and family. Your family and extended family and friends love you and will miss you dearly. You have always been known as Mother Nature to us and now you are planting flowers in heaven. God just gained a beautiful soul in heaven and he took away your pain and grief.

Mother, I will miss you every day and will see you in everything that I do from now to eternity. We have lived together for the past ten years and it will be hard to get through each day without you but I know you are with our loved ones and you are not in pain. I hope I did everything I could do and I ask God to give me strength to continue on this journey we call life. I love you very much.
