Cheryl Lynn Castro, 46, of Decatur, passed on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. Visitation will be on Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Roselawn Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life for Cheryl will begin at 2:00 PM in the chapel of the funeral home. She will be laid to rest at Roselawn Cemetery.
Cheryl is survived by her husband, Juan Castro, Jr.; children, Hailey, Reagan, Jordan, and Logan; sister, Melissa Hill (Amber); brothers, Jason Hill and wife, Meg Hill (Maggie and Natalie), Danny Hill and his wife, Jana Hill (Hunter, Drew, Blake, David Allen, and Ty).
She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Dwain Hill and mother, Ruby Carol Hill.
Cheryl was a loving and caring mother, wife, sister, and friend. She loved fishing and swimming. Cheryl had many friends, everywhere she went she’d make friends. She was one of kind, she didn’t care what anyone else had to say and played by her own rules. She also loved listening to music. Cheryl was loved by many.
Pallbearers will be family.
