Charlotte Pittman Ford passed away on September 14, 2023, after a prolonged illness. She was born on March 9, 1940, in Jacksonville, AL.
Beloved wife, devoted mother and grandmother, and fun-loving friend, Charlotte will be missed greatly but we rejoice that she is healed and home with her Savior.
Charlotte is survived by her husband of 35 years, Roy GE Ford; children, Keith Watson, Bonita Greene, and Tammy Cain (Mike); bonus children, Jeff Ford, Mark Ford (Kathy), and Melissa Thornton (Mark); grandchildren; Lauren Watson, Vanessa Watson, Rachael Loper (Taylor), and Ford Thornton; and great-grandchildren, Oliver Loper, and her namesake, Charlotte Loper.
Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. on Monday, September 18 at Laughlin Service Funeral Home, with the service immediately following in the chapel.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of North Alabama or Cove Church.
