Charles Wayne Russell, age 72 of Athens, passed away Friday March 18, 2022, in Decatur.
Graveside services will be Monday March 21, 2022, at 11am at New Salem.
Mr. Russell is survived by his sisters Peggy Scruggs (Roger), Flora Kidd, Brenda Beddingfield, Odessa Thomas (Robert); and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Ann Kelly Russell; parents Bob and Iona Adams; and brother Dewayne Adams.
