Charles Louis Chapman, age 60, passed away March 19, 2016 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, Tennessee. Charles was born in Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee April 13, 1955 to the late Nathan Chapman and Betty Bowen.
Charles is survived by his wife: Willie Jo Stanfill Ferguson; daughter: Kimberly (Dwight) Woodard of Jackson, TN; step daughters: Misty (Robert) Henson and Christy Ferguson both of Mt. Pleasant; granddaughters: Autumn Woodard, Amelia Woodard, and Scarlett Henson; grandson: Benjamin Woodard; sisters: Bonnie Chapman of Smyrna, TN and Lisa (Michael) Layne of Mt. Pleasant; and brothers: Larry (Brenda) Chapman and Nathan “Nicky” (Debby) Chapman of Mt. Pleasant.
Charles is preceded in death by his parents; brother: Buddy Chapman; and son: Nathaniel Chapman.
Services for Charles will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant. The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 22, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant. Interment will follow at Spencer Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Dwight Woodard, Mark Morton, Adam Morton, John Chapman, Chris Chapman, and Steve Davis.
