Charles Lindbergh Henry, age 90, of Rock Creek, died Saturday, April 28, 2018. The family will receive friends for visitation from 10 a.m. until noon on Tuesday, May 1, at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel. David Conley and Bruce Blankenship will officiate. Interment will follow in Rock Creek Cemetery.

Mr. Henry was born Spet. 7, 1927, to the late John Willie and Lillie Mae Gates. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War, and retired from General Motors as a furnace operator. Mr. Henry was a member of the River Road Church of Christ.

In addition to his parents, Charles was also preceded in death by his first wife, the mother of his children, Betty Henry, and by four brothers and one sister.

Survivors include his wife, Margie Henry; daughter, Sherry Nicholas; son, Steven Henry; stepson, Dennis Thrasher; sister, Christine Bolton; five grandchildren, R.J., Kristen, Stefanie, Kayla, and Laura; one great- grandson, Dylan; other relatives and many friends.

Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
