Charles Irva Brown (Charlie), 54, was born June 5, 1961. With loved ones at her bedside, she entered eternal rest on Saturday, June 20, 2015, at ECM Hospital, Florence, Alabama.
Public viewing will be 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at Trinity Memorial Funeral Home, Muscle Shoals. The funeral service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, June 27, at Galilee M.B. Church, Leighton, with interment in the church cemetery. Reverend Jerry L. Reeves is officiating. Ms. Brown will lie at rest in the sanctuary one hour prior to the service.
Charlie was a friendly person and was loved by everyone she met. She was a member of Galilee M.B. Church Leighton, Alabama.
She is survived by three daughters, Quintina Sadler (Robert), of Florence, Alabama, Charis I. Little, of Leighton, Aabama, and Brittany Brown King (Tiran), of Muscle Shoals, Alabama; a son, Melvin F. Brown Jr., of Muscle Shoals, Alabama; her mother, Ms. Maple Little, of Leighton, Alabama; three sisters, Brenda Little and Ida Little, both of Leighton, Alabama, and Georgia M. Goodwin (Bobby), of Florence, Alabama; two brothers, George E. Little and Barry R. Little, both of Leighton, Alabama; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
