Funeral service for Charles Howard Qualls, 58, who died December 7, 2013, will be Wednesday, December 11, 2013, at 2 p.m., at Westminister Presbyterian Church, with Shelton Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in East Lawrence Memorial Gardens.
