Charles Anthony “Tony” Rice, 56, died Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2015. Visitation will be noon-1 p.m. Saturday at Spry-Williams Funeral Home, Florence. Services will be 1 p.m. at the funeral home Saturday with burial to follow in Sheffield Oakwood Cemetery.
