Born September 7, 1943, Celeste will be honored with visitation at Kilgore-Green Chapel on July 25, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by the Funeral Service at Kilgore-Green Chapel at 11:00 am, with burial at Oak Hill Cemetery on July 25, 2026.
