Cecil Askew Harrison, age 90 of Russellville, passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at Terrace Manor Nursing Home.
The visitation will be 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Spry Memorial Chapel, Russellville, with the funeral to follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel. The service is being officiated by Bro. Johnny Richardson and Bro. Danny Fuller with burial in Old Bethel Cemetery, Leighton.
Cecil enjoyed volunteer work at Senior Friends and Russellville Hospital. She was a member of East Side Church of Christ.
Cecil was preceded in death by her first husband, Veto Quillen and her second husband, Earl Harrison; son, Billy Ray Quillen, infant Quillen; parents, Theo Askew & Melissa Summers Askew.
She is survived by her cousins, and special cousins, Aaron Smith, Jean Potter; niece, Sherry Schulte; and a host of friends.
The pallbearers will be her cousins.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the nurses and staff of Terrace Manor Nursing Home for the love and care shown to Cecil.
