Mrs. Carolyn (Robinson) Holden “Toosie” was born July 23, 1953, in Margerum, Alabama and later moved to Muscle Shoals, Alabama. She was born to the late Willene Porter Robinson and the late Frones Lee Robinson. Toosie departed her life on August 12, 2025, at the age of 72. She committed her life to Jesus Christ, her Lord and Savior at an early age.
She is preceded in death by her late husband, John Thomas Holden “Big Uncle”; two daughters, Felecia Roshelle Robinson and Tangela (Tweety) Holden; three brothers, Johnnie Lee Robinson, George (Jack) Robinson, and Benny Robinson; two sisters, Fannie Mae Robinson and Margaret Martin.
She is survived by her grandson, TyJordan Nichols of Muscle Shoals, AL; four brothers; Ervin Robinson of Muscle Shoals, AL, Timothy Dale Sanders (Janeen) of Sheffield, AL, Warren Robinson (Ernestine) of Ypsilanti, MI, and Wille James Robinson of Sheffield, AL; two sisters, Annie Ruth Whiteside of Muscle Shoals, AL and Wanda R. Jackson of Florence, AL; a special niece, Teresa Robinson of Leighton, AL; two very close friends like daughters, Andrena Bonner of Muscle Shoals, AL and Christina McClain of Hillsboro, AL; a special friend, Ronnie; and a host of other relatives and friends.
