Funeral service for Carolyn Murphy Foreman, 73, will be Saturday, February 2, 2019 at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Steve Barber and Bro. Earl Holt officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Mount Tabor Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
Ms. Foreman died on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at her residence. She was born September 14, 1945, in Morgan County to James Carl Murphy and Goldie Lucille Lemley Murphy. She was a fun-loving person that loved her family dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Donald Murphy; a sister, Doyce Maxwell and a grandson, Chase Mason.
Survivors include one son, Danny Mason (Becky), Union Grove; one daughter, Dana Upton (Dale), Decatur; one brother, Ray Murphy (Louise), Hartselle; three sisters, Kathy Taylor (Howard), Decatur, Vickie Eaton (James), Somerville and Judy Dunn (Patrick), Trinity; one sister/niece, Shelby Farrow (Ronnie), Hartselle; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Chance Adkins, Cade Upton, Devin Mason, Josh Oden, Joey Bramlett and Dusty Mason.
