Carolyn E. Baldy, age 65 of Double Springs, passed away Thursday, July 25, 2024 at Walker Baptist Medical Center.
She was born November 8, 1958 to Albert Thurlow and Flora Mae Bell. Carolyn loved to spend time with her family and friends. She also loved to crochet. Carolyn retired from Hendrix Health Care after 20 plus years.
Visitation will be Sunday, July 28, 2024 from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Double Springs, Alabama, where service will begin at 2:00 p.m.
Carolyn is survived by her husband, Jackie Baldy; son, Derek Baldy; sisters, Darlene Thomas and her husband Stan, Pamela Bell, Lynn Morgan and her husband Hal; brothers, Tim Bell and his wife Rosemary and Glenn Bell; a host of nieces and nephews that loved their aunt very much; and a special sister, Sharon Pace Neeley.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Flora Mae Bell; brothers, Darrell Wayne Bell and James T. Bell.
