Carol Waters, age 93, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 13, 2020 at Huntsville Hospital. She was born April 13, 1927, in Topeka, KS to Carl and Delila Smith, and attended Washburn High School and one year at Washburn University. She married Arlie Cliff Waters on Dec. 4, 1948 in Topeka.
Survivors include one sister, Berniece Meyers of Topeka, KS; son, David Waters and wife, Kay Waters, of Harvest, AL; grandson, Lee Waters of Colorado Springs, CO; and many nieces and nephews.
