Carol Dean McGuyer, 98, Tuscumbia, passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2025. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 14, from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. at Tuscumbia First Methodist Church. The funeral service will immediately follow at the church with Alan Beasley officiating. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Tuscumbia.
Carol was a longtime member of Tuscumbia First Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Graham McGuyer; parents, Carol and Ethel McLin; and children, Bill McGuyer and Becky Craft.
Carol is survived by her grandchildren, Park Craft (Ann), Stefan Craft (Kim), and Jason Craft; great-grandchildren, Sydney, Parker, Kaitlin (Alex), Jaxon, Blake (Madisson), and Emma; and great-great-grandchildren, Ryland, Kai, and Abel.
Pallbearers will be Stefan Craft, Jason Craft, Blake Craft, Kent Mann, David Royer, and Brent Medley. Park Craft and Freeman Medley will serve as honorary pallbearers.
