Carol Buchanan, age 70, passed away on July 19, 2025, at Northside Healthcare Center in Gadsden. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Junior Jones and Margie Helen Hatton Jones. Carol is survived by her daughter, Misti Gilbert (Jason) and grandchildren, Katherine, Joseph, Ryan and David, all of Columbus, GA; son, Bryan Bell (Virginia) and grandchild, Druid, all of Pittsview, TX; and sister, Nancy Kranpitz Bunner of Cincinnati, OH.
A private service for the family was held on Thursday, July 31, 2025.
