Carol Ann Whetstone-McWhirter, 78, of Ardmore, Alabama passed away on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, in her home in Ardmore, Alabama.
She was born on Saturday, March 22, 1947, to the late Mr. Thomas Keiss and Mrs. Martha Shindler Keiss in Illinois.
Carol lived most of her life in Ardmore. She was of the Christian faith.
She loved spending time with her family as well as her animals.
Carol is preceded in death by both of her parents.
She is survived by her daughter, Christina Kelley, six brothers: Thomas Kiess, Jr., Edward Sammons, Donald Keiss, James Keiss, Eric Keiss and Michal Keiss, as well as one sister, Lillian Cameron
Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home will be assisting the family with services.
