Carl Dan Hasty of Pulaski, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at his residence. Carl was born in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, on February 22nd, 1944, and was 82 years old.
Carl was a loving father and grandfather. He was an avid outdoorsman, that enjoyed hunting and fishing. Carl enjoyed playing the lottery and taking trips to Tunica, Mississippi. He was a University of Tennessee Vols fan and an Atlanta Braves fan. Carl loved homemade candy.
A visitation will be held on Friday, September 11, 2026, from 11:00am to 12:00pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.
The funeral service will follow at 12:00pm on Friday, September 11, 2026, in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.
The burial will take place in Scotts Hill Cemetery.
Carl was preceded in death by his parents, James and Poshie Hasty, brothers, James, Bill, Horace, and David Hasty, sisters, Virginia Hasty, Sue Hill, and his children’s mother, Sharon Hasty.

12 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive.
