Brian Hugh Stephens, age 56 of Winchester, passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2022, at Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems. A native of Franklin County, he was born in Winchester on February 7, 1966. Brian was known to many for his autobody/mechanical skills and talents. But the thing Brian was known the most for was his loving and caring heart. If anyone needed anything, he was always willing to drop what he was doing and help out as he could. He would literally give you the shirt off of his back. No matter what, Brian went out of his way to make sure everyone knew he loved them. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and MLB Baseball, especially the Atlanta Braves. He was preceded in death by his father, Hugh L. Stephens; and grandparents, J.D. and Louise Stephens, and Floyd and Evelyn Miller. Brian is survived by his loving children, Brandi Curtis, Bethany Stephens, and Brandon Stephens; mother, Norma Stephens; sisters, Lisa (Rodney) Allred, and Stacie (Myron) Bates; grandchildren, Calli Curtis, Molli Hyde, Dylan Elliott, Anna Grace Elliott, Seth Stephens, Chloe Stephens, Isabella Stephens, Alyna Stephens, and Nickolas Stephens; nieces and nephews, Labron Jackson, Michael Jackson, Kayla Doney, and Kasey Benson; many aunts and uncles; special friend, R.B. Ray; and beloved pets, Casper and Smokey. Visitation will be from 11am-1pm on Sunday, April 17, 2022, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 1:00 pm in the Moore-Cortner Chapel. Interment will be at Franklin Memorial Gardens.
