Brenda Lee Thomason, 65, of Tuscumbia, passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2026. No services are scheduled at this time.
Brenda was a member of Cottontown Baptist Church. A loving mother and grandmother, she had a servant’s heart and never turned away anyone who needed help. Brenda loved to be outside, gardening and enjoying her flowers. She was a gifted piano player, able to play back a piece after hearing it just one time. At any time, if you walked into her house, you could hear her pounding out a tune. Brenda had a great laugh, which she shared often with those she loved. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Mansell and Mamie Dickens; and brother, JJ Dickens.
Brenda is survived by her husband, Junior Thomason; children, Tre Thomason and Whitney Thomason; siblings, Sue Mansell, Danny Mansell, Steve Mansell, Joe Dickens, and Shane Dickens; granddaughters, Haven, Leah, and Nina; and numerous nieces and nephews.
