Brenda Kay Cannon, of Decatur, passed away Nov. 15, 2017, at Decatur Morgan Hospital with family by her side. She was born in Cullman on Aug. 22, 1952. She is preceded in death by her parents; several brothers and sisters; and her son, Michael Elliot Gower.
Survivors are daughters, Kay Parker (Bennett) and Christy Terry (Daniel); sons, Kevin Gower (Whitney), Preston Gower and Shane Gower. Grandchildren are Claire Parker, Jacob Parker, Ethan Gower, Morgan Gower and Gavin Gower.
A private service will be held Nov. 18, 2017, at 1 p.m. at Roselawn Cemetery.
