Mrs. Brenda Gayle Lunsford Harris was born in Ridgley, TN to the union of her parents the late Mr. James Lunsford and Mrs. Betty Rose Hunt Lunsford. She was raised in Gibson County, TN in her early adult years she would meet her husband Mr. Max Harris and the two would be united in marriage on June 06, 1970. The couple would make Savannah, TN their forever home working and raising their children. Her husband and children will always remember the life time of devotion she gave to her family, always caring for their needs before her own. Though her domestic work was always at the fore front of her mind she also enjoyed spending time scrapbooking memorializing precious family memories and shopping particularly at consignment stores and yard sales, usually finding something special for someone she loved rarely for herself.
To those who knew her best she possessed a bright light hearted spirit always shining on everyone she encountered. The word “generosity” could be used synonymously to describe her character, often offering people whatever she though they would like even if she was wearing it. Whether it was her family, friends or someone she just met she loved people and deeply cared for everyone.
She was a spiritual woman as she was a member of the Crossroads Union Church in Savannah, TN.
