Funeral for Bonnie Dutton Moland, 76, of Trinity will be Friday, October 23, 2015, at 2 p.m. at Mt. View Baptist Church with Rev. Sam Wallace and Rev. Johnny Mayes officiating and Parkway Funeral Home directing. The body will be at the church one hour before the service. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Moland, who died Tuesday, October 20, 2015, at Decatur Morgan Hospital, was born October 1, 1939, to Tom and Myrtle Brackin. She was a member of Mt. View Baptist Church. She enjoyed working with flowers and helping everyone who needed her help. She was preceded in death by her husband, Silas Dutton; her parents; brother, Charles Brackin; sister, Nona Mae Brackin; and granddaughter, Allyson Hamilton.
Survivors include her husband, Herbert Moland; son, Randy Dutton (Patricia); two daughters, Rhonella Hamilton (Mark) and Pam Miller (Keith); brother, Devon Brackin; two sisters, Audrey Faye Brackin and Betty Sue Brannan; and five grandchildren, Kristen Hamilton, Patrick Dutton, Heather White, Rachel Dutton and Garrett Miller.
Pallbearers will be John Hitt, Chris Brackin, Roger Engle, Mark Hall, Jason Terry, Darwin Clark, Danny Engle and Rockie Compton.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mt. View Baptist Church Building Fund or Mission Team.
