MADISON-The Madison Police Department released a BOLO statement regarding a missing 17-year-old boy (no Photo Available):
“The Madison Police Department is currently looking for a missing/runaway juvenile: Carter Kitchen 17 yo white male, Apx 5’6, 180lbs. Last seen wearing blue jacket, red sweater and brown pants. He has blonde hair and blue eyes. Last seen in the area of Browns Ferry Rd in Madison. If you have contact or see this person please contact the Madison Police Department at 256-722-7190″
