Bobby Gene Torbert, 47, of Hartselle passed away Tuesday at a local hospital. Bobby was a native of Huntsville, AL and a resident of Morgan County for the past ten years. He was a member of Christ Our Redeemer Lutheran Church and a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. Survivors include his wife: Tina Marie Torbert; four sons: Bobby Ray Torbert, Colby Torbert, Cameron Torbert and Brian Torbert; his mother and step-father: Cleopia and Robert Calhoun and two sisters: Melissa Reavis and Teressa Lee. Visitation will be Saturday from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Christ Church, 2351 Hwy 72 East followed by a 2:00 p.m. church service with Bro. Dub McCain and Pastor John Ninke officiating. Burial will follow in Dudley Cemetery on Keel Mountain with Berryhill Funeral Home directing.
