Bobbie Whitlock Sockwell, age 73, passed away on March 26, 2026.
She was born December 10, 1952, to the late Robert M. and Vera Louise Cox. She was married to James E. Sockwell. She was a member of Siloam Missionary Baptist Church. Her favorite song was I’ll Fly Away Ole Glory. She graduated from Russellville High School. Her hobbies included travelling, fishing, and attending gospel singings.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Perry Whitlock; stepson, and Greg Sockwell.
She leaves to cherish memories, her husband James E. Sockwell, her daughters Trina L. Rhea (Mitch), Gina Clement (Kevin), Deana Fretwell, Mike Sockwell, Andrea Simoneauh (Sterling); grandchildren, Courtney Fuller (Matthew), Bella Ferro, Briana McAfee (Justin), Avery Rhea, Hayley Schmidt, Tristan Rhea, Blake Presley, Addison Hester, Memoree Hester, Payton Fretwell; great-grandchildren, Kamden Fuller, Greyson Fuller, Lauren Claire Fuller, Bexley McAfee, Wilder McAfee, Wrenley McAfee,. Kysen Granillo; cousin, Marilyn Hancock, all her beloved church ladies, and a host of family and friends.
