Mrs. Bobbie Nell Preisler, 81, of Jasper passed away June 8, 2025, at her residence surrounded by family.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 12 noon in the chapel of New Horizon Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour before service time. Burial will follow in New Horizon Memorial Gardens. She was a member of Dora First Baptist Church. She was a hairdresser for 63 years and had a salon, Beauty Wonderland, with Sonia Vintson for 40 plus years.
Bobbie is survived by her husband of 25 years, Chuck Preisler, son Clark Pridmore(Tammy), daughter Ginger Sheffield (Martin), two stepsons, Steve Preisler (Lisa) , Scott Preisler (Stephanie), grandchildren Tyler Bennett, Adam Pridmore (Ivy), Lexi Pridmore (Andrew), JC Sheffield, Jim Sheffield (Maryl), Ethan Preisler, Logan Preisler, great grandchildren Cooper Pridmore, Conner Pridmore, baby Pridmore (on the way), along with sisters Barbara Motte, Linda Lowe and many nieces and nephews
She was preceded in death by her parents Paul and Mamie Fortenberry and siblings, Bill Fortenberry, Betty Bishop, JoAnn Mancone, Melton Fortenberry and Ray Fortenberry.
She loved to travel, camping, more than anything she loved spending time with her family.
She served on the ladies auxiliary at the South Bound Brook, NJ Fire Department for 8 years. She also served on numerous committees and ministries at the church.
