Bob Harris, age 63, passed away peacefully in his sleep on October 11, 2022, in Huntsville, AL. He was born on September 15, 1959, in Decatur, IL. Bob was passionate about his family, friends, animals, rock & roll, and Jesus.
He never met a stranger and didn’t believe in wasting food. Bob worked very hard to make people feel loved and appreciated. Nothing put a bigger smile on his face than spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Bob is survived by his three children, Amanda (Jason) Allen, Zachary Harris, and Alexis Harris; three grandchildren; two brothers John (Desiree) Harris, and Tom Harris; and many, many friends.
Bob will be remembered for his loving heart, contagious laugh, and generous soul.
A celebration of life will be held on November 5, 2022 at 1pm – 3pm at Shagnasty’s Grubbery & Pour House in Huntsville, AL. Please join us to share stories about Bob and cheers in his honor. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Greater Huntsville Humane Society.
