Bob Dubois Profile Photo Bob DuBois, 76, passed away peacefully on November 2, 2023, at his farm in Mt. Pleasant, TN.  He was born and raised in Fayetteville, TN by his parents, Buford and Sadie DuBois.  He moved to Alabama where he attended the University of Alabama.  His career came with many moves, and new locations.  His final place was his move to Maury County, where he began a new business, a title and escrow company.

Bob fought a courageous three-year battle after being diagnosed with Covid 19, where Parkinson’s disease took his life.

Bob was the beloved husband of Ginny for 53 years.  He was a devoted father and grandfather.  He was a kind, generous and fun man with many talents. To honor him, his memory and legacy are his three children, Mark Kross (Mimi), Kimberly Swanner (Greg), and Shannon Alley.  His loving grandchildren are Nick and Claire Kross, Tanner and Will Swanner, Lakelyn Alley, and Landon Alley, deceased.  Remembering her brother with love in her heart is Nancy DuBois.  He will be missed by his California family, the Grace’s.  His special friends will keep his memory alive:  David Edwards, Randy and Branson Stevens, Tom and Kay Hayes, Melanie Edwards, Melissia Dugger, Gerri Edwards, and Scott Inman.

In lieu of a funeral service, per Bob’s request, family and close friends will gather at the Dubois farm, where his ashes will be buried at the family cemetery, The Resting Place.  Williams Funeral Homes is assisting the family.  A special thank you for the hospice care of Caris Healthcare.
