Mr. Billy Ray Smalley, passed away on June 15, 2026. He was born on February 24, 1969, to the late Franklin and Shirley Smalley.
Billy was a man who found his greatest joy in the outdoors. He loved fishing, hunting, and spending time in nature. Above all else, he cherished his family and treasured every opportunity to be with those he loved. He will be remembered for his kind heart, his love for the outdoors, and the many memories he created with family and friends throughout his life.
He is survived by his son, Jason (Makayla) Smalley; his sister, Lynn (Doug) Vaughn; his grandchildren, Lathan Smalley, Addalie Smalley, and Connor Smalley; his nephews, Eric (Jessica) Lemaster and Anthony (Anne) Lemaster; and his niece, Erica Lemaster Kellet.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Franklin and Shirley Smalley, and his grandparents.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at 4:00 PM at the Asbury Volunteer Fire Dept.
