Billy Patton Wallace,86, died Friday, February 5, 2016 at the Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo. Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday at the Ballardsville Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 5:00 -8:00 p.m. Sunday at McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Fulton. The body will lie in state from 1:00 -2:00 p.m. Monday at Ballardsville Baptist Church. Burial will be in Itawamba Memorial Gardens.
