Billy Joe Eldridge Sr., age 76 of Arab the Brashiers Chapel Community, died Thursday – March 10, 2016 at Huntsville Hospital.
He was born on January 27, 1940 in Virginia. He worked for PepsiCo before his retirement. He was married for 24 years to Debra Ann Neifert Eldridge, they had lived in Arab for 21 years moving here from Johnson City Tennessee.
He is survived by his wife: Debra A Eldridge; sons: Dakota J. Eldridge (Hannah), Randall Eldridge and Billy J. Eldridge Jr.; daughters: Macala A. Eldridge, Betty J. Benefield (Joe), Bobbie J. Eldridge, Rose Marie Eldridge, Bobbie M. Eubanks; a sister: Vivian Eads and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sisters: Mary Roberts and Jaynette Fitzpatrick.
Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. – Saturday – March 12, 2016 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel with Brother Roger Cox officiating.
Visitation will be 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. prior to the service, the family elected cremation.
