Billy J. Honea, Sr., 83, of New Hope, passed away Friday.
He was preceded in death by father, John E. Honea; mother, Elizabeth Honea; wife, Mae Honea; and sisters, Betty Jean Watts and Pat Atchley.
Surviving are daughter, Jenia M. Honea Keller; son, Billy Joe Honea, Jr.; grandchildren, Billy Steve Worsham, Daniel J. Worsham, Scott Worsham, Dakota Norris, Tre Honea, Ciarra Worsham, Vernon Honea, Tish Honea and Harlie Honea; great grandchildren, Deliliah Worsham and Skylar Worsham; brothers, John David Honea, Jim Honea, Stanley Honea and Dwayne Honea; sister, Judy Boshart; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Monday 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home. Services will follow Monday at 1:00 PM with Bro. Wayne Walls officiating. Interment will be at Mefford Cemetery.
