Graveside services for Betty H. Beckham will be held at Greenview Cemetery on Saturday, April 1, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend James Storie officiating.
Mrs. Beckham was a resident of Brooksville, FL, and was a former resident of Bessemer, Alabama and Tampa, Florida, She was a member of First Christian Church in Tampa where she served as an Elder. She was an active member of the Business and Professional Women’s organization in Tampa, having served as President. She was a legal secretary in Tampa for many years and after her retirement she moved to Glen Lakes. She was a member of the Singles Club at GlenLakes and enjoyed playing golf there.
She was preceded in death by her parents Thomas G. & Ruth Richardson Hall, husbands Wyman E. Newberg &Ross A. Beckham Jr. , her Sons Terry, David, & Craig Newberg and brother-in-law Eric F. Plunk.
She is survived by her sister, Tommie H. Plunk of Florence,Al; seven grandchildren,
eight great grandchildren & one great great grandchild
