Betty Elizabeth Blackmon Bills passed away on Friday, July 1, 2022 at her residence. She was born September 11, 1942 to the late Henry and Clara Skinner Blackmon.
She is survived by her children, Sheila Minyard and her husband Kenny, Renae Butler and her husband Mark, and Charles Bills and his wife Angie’ grandchildren, Dylan Minyard, Austin Tracy, Brooke Bentley, C. J. Bills, Amy Bills, and Courtney Day; great grandchildren, Braxton, Brantley, Christopher, Nina, Malachi, Delilah, and Samantha; two brothers, Eddie and Dennis Blackmon, and a beloved sister, Bonnie Carr.
In addition to her parents, She is preceded in death by her husband, J. R. Bills; a grandson, Derek Minyard; aunts, Carolyn and Linda; and a brother, Howell Blackmon.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 5th, at 4:00 PM from Bell Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be Tuesday, in the chapel, from 2:00 until service time at 4:00 PM
