Memorial service for Benjamin Daniel Doud, age 29, of Priceville, will be Thursday, October 30, 2014, 7:00 p.m. at Annunciation of the Lord Catholic Church with Father Ray Remke officiating. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to service. Inurnment will follow the service. Shelton Funeral Home is assisting the family.
Mr. Doud, who died Monday, October 27, 2014, at his residence, was born December 24, 1984, in Huntsville, to Daniel Doud and Elizabeth Dey Doud. He was a member of Annunciation of the Lord Catholic Church, and Eagle Scouts of America, Troop 275, Priceville. Mr. Doud was a 2003 graduate of Brewer High School. He was a loving son and brother.
He is survived by his parents, Daniel and Elizabeth Doud of Priceville; three brothers, Gregory Doud and Stephen Doud, both of Huntsville, and Kyle Doud of Auburn; grandfather, Robert Doud of Battle Creek, MI; and grandmother, Marilyn Dey of Saginaw, MI.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial donations be made to C.C.C., Downtown Rescue Mission, or St. Vincent DePaul, 3910 Spring Avenue, S.W., Decatur, AL 35603.
