Baxter Randolph “Randy” Clark, age 76, of Sevierville, Tenn., formerly of Sheffield, Ala., passed away Thursday, July 11, 2013. He was a 30-year veteran of the U.S. Army and Army Corps of Engineers at Wilson Lock. Mr. Clark is preceded in death by his parents, Baxter and Virginia Clark, and a brother, Charles C. Clark.
He is survived by: wife of 55 years, Dixie Joyce Clark; daughter: Kimberly Smith and husband, Aaron; grandchildren, Jill and Travis Myers, Chad and Megan Minor; and great-grandchildren, Emma and Owen Myers, Haven and Karlie Minor; brother, Butch Hall.
