Barrie Loyd Putman, 82, of Killen, AL, passed away November 3, 2025 after a brief illness. Barrie was a retired supervisor at Reynolds Aluminum/Wise Alloys and a member of the Church of Christ faith. He was a United States Air Force Veteran. Barrie is survived by: Wife: Brenda Rai Wright Putman Sons: Barrie Wade Putman, Darin Todd Putman, and Jared Clay Putman (10) Grandchildren and (4) Great-grandchildren Several Nieces and Nephews He was preceded in death by: Parents: William Houston Putman and Alta Mae “Mattie” Hice Putman Brothers: William Wallace Putman and Jean Edward Putman Sisters: Norma Mae James, Nora Leaton Herston, Mattie Joan Belew, and Margaret A. Herston There will be a private family service held at a later date.
