Barbara P. Wilson, age 78, of Hamilton, Alabama, passed away Saturday, June 26, 2021 at Compassus Hospice Inpatient. She was born in Guin, Alabama on Saturday, August 22, 1942 to James Rufus Phillips and Willene Pearce Phillips.
Visitation will be from 12-2 p.m. Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at Marion County Funeral Home. The service will follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel with Bro. Greg Rucker officiating. Burial will be at the Hamilton City Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Willene Phillips: and a brother, J. Lee Phillips.
She leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Don Wilson; daughter, Regina Hines; granddaughters, Whitney Bowen, Tabatha Platts (husband, Tyler), Addi Bowen; great-grandson, Kamden Allen; sister, Carolyn Davis (husband, Duraine) and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
