Barbara Landry Johnson peacefully passed from this earth July 16, 2018 at Lexington Manor, where she was a resident. Barbara was the only daughter of L. B. and Pearl Landry of Sardis, TN. She was born August 30, 1933. She was a graduate of Sardis High School in 1951. The next year she married Clifford Johnson. They had 1 child, Pamela Johnson Sullivan, born in 1954. Barbara was a past worthy matron of the Order of Eastern Star, a member of First Baptist Church of Lexington, a proud grandmother and devoted friend to many.
Barbara was preceded in death by her husband Clifford and her daughter Pam. She is survived by her son-in-law; Dr. John H. Sullivan, grandchildren; Connie Leigh Collins (Ben) and Mason Cliff Sullivan (Katelyn), and 1 great granddaughter Landry Gene Collins. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends but we are comforted in the fact that she is reunited with the loved ones she has dearly missed.
Services will be held on Friday July 20, 2018 at First Baptist Church in Lexington at 2:00 PM. Visitation will be on Thursday July 19 at Pafford Funeral Home from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. and again on Friday from 1-2 PM at First Baptist Church. The family appreciates your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Memorials can be made to the First Baptist Church or the American Cancer Society.
