Barbara Jean Wilkerson Carlisle, 69, formerly of Decatur, died November 20, 2013. Funeral will be at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, at United Pentecostal Jubilee House of Prayer with burial in Sterrs Cemetery. The body will lie in repose 30 minutes prior to the funeral. Public viewing will be today from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Reynolds Funeral Home.
