Barbara Jean Moody, age 78, Haleyville, AL. passed away Tuesday July 31, 2018 at her home. She attended Ephesus Baptist Church.
Her visitation will be Saturday August 4, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville, AL. Funeral service Sunday August 5, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel, with Bro. Jeff Whitten officiating. Burial to follow in New Hope Cemetery.
Barbara is survived by her husband, J.T. Moody; children, Debra (Jerry) Kelley, Judy Lovett, Joyce (Prince) Vinson, Glenn Moody, Amberia (Brad) Spiller and Kyle Moody; brother, Thomas Melton; 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, John and Lucille Melton; son, James Moody; sister, Iva Lee Melton; brothers, Walter and Charles Melton.
